Sound, colour and shape have an intimate relationship. One could say they are different octaves of each other. Opening ourselves to pure vibrations from quartz crystal singing bowls, beats on gourd drums and a blanket of brass cymbals could give rise to colourful images in the minds eye.

The body may be 70% water but it is 100% vibration which needs to be nourished. Come relax in a sound bath, a wash of pure resonance. Close your eyes, see what arises in you and imagine what sound looks like. You may even want to move with what you experience on the inside, and express it outwardly.
